Our all-natural, high-butterfat creamery butters are made in Pennsylavania in small batches. We use such honest ingredients as fresh herbs and aromatics, and real truffles. Compound butters infuse everyday dishes with richly nuanced flavors and luxurious mouth feel.
Secretive, seductive, and perhaps aphrodisiac, truffles captivate the imagination and inspire epic feasts. They are unearthed deep in the forests of France and Italy, by pigs trained to sniff out the tantalizing aroma.
